How much does event insurance cost?
Pricing depends on your activities, dates, attendance, alcohol service and required limit. A quote gives the amount applicable to your event.
My venue requires $2 million. What should I provide?
Send the venue’s written requirements, legal name, address and event dates. Tell us if it also needs to be an additional insured.
Can an event with alcohol be insured?
Alcohol service can be reviewed in your application. Tell us who serves it and how it is distributed. Coverage must be confirmed in the quote.
What is an additional insured?
An entity added to the protection under the policy terms. A venue or municipality may request this in your agreement.
When should I apply?
Apply as soon as you know your dates, venue and activities. Processing times and underwriting windows vary by application.
Will I receive a certificate?
Following acceptance and the required steps, the applicable documents are issued. Include your venue’s required wording in your application.
